The owners wish to renovate the upper floor dedicated to their bedroom. The new parental suite should be designed as a retreat, a cocoon under the roof where you can isolate yourself from the hurly burly of daily life. The goal for this project is also to structure & harmonize this large lopsided space.

First element of protection is offered by the large heavy wooden door. Then the project proposes to isolate the sleeping area in the more intimate part. A screen wall is created for this purpose, around the fireplace. It also accommodates shelves and storage. The dressing room is set up opposite, under the slope. The lounge part becomes central, it accommodates the media space and allows relaxation, reading, yoga … Opposite the glass door invites to the wellness area, with in particular a mini-bar and a steam bath.
